PHYSICAL THERAPY
ATHALON is a physical therapist owned orthopedic and sports rehabilitation office. All our therapists are licensed in New York State and hold additional certifications and degrees. We provide rehabilitation following injury or surgery as well as injury prevention education.
Our therapists perform one on one treatment sessions allowing for maximal therapist/patient contact a rariety compared to todays larger corporate run centers. Our practice was built on patient satisfaction and their referrals as we have earned the trust of numerous New York area physicians.
Our specializations include rehabilitation for post and non surgical injuries.
Neck: herniated disks, strains, osteoarthritis
Shoulder: impingement, rotator cuff tears, thoracic outlet
Back: herniated disks, strains, arthritis
Hip: labral tears, muscle strains
Knee: ligament tears and reconstruction, arthritis, patellofemoral pain, ITB tendonitis
Ankle: sprains, tendonitis
We accept most insurance plans for full or partial payment dependent upon patient's insurance plan provisions.
